Dublin Taxi is made up of five of Adelaide’s most experienced and talented musicians; players who’ve honed their skills for decades in some of the city’s hottest bands. They’re an outfit that plays the very best of everyone’s favourite party music from the 1960’s right up until last week. There’s everything from the Rolling Stones and Elvis, through to Van Morrison, the Beatles, Crowded House, Paul Kelly, U2, Neil Diamond, Fleetwood Mac, The Cure, The Monkees, and current chart-toppers as well. And as an extra bonus, they happen to be Adelaide’s finest Celtic Rock band, delivering “a dash of the Irish” like no other.

Dublin Taxi’s performance, covering an enormous range of popular musical styles, is delivered with an honesty and infectious exuberance that can’t be matched. These are guys who know how to work their instruments and sing their hearts out. There’s no computerised sequencing here. It’s organic, living, breathing music, creating a vibe that makes it impossible for anyone nearby to sit still. Dublin Taxi’s aim is simple—they want everyone at the venue to have as much fun as they do.

Dublin Taxi has performed regularly for the past 8 years in many of Adelaide’s finest hotels ... including the Norwood Hotel,  The Oaks Plaza Pier Hotel (Glenelg foreshore), The Sebel Playford (North Terrace), the Hampstead Hotel, PJ O’Brien’s, The Daniel O’Connell Hotel, The Dublin Hotel (Glenelg), the Hyatt, and the Hotel Victor (Victor Harbor foreshore).
